How this works.
I don't do cold pitches or discovery calls with a deck loaded up. Here's what happens instead:
1. You reach out.
Tell me a little about your business and what's eating your time. A few sentences is perfect. A novel works too. I'll read it.
2. We talk.
If you're in Orange County, I'll buy the coffee. If you're not, we'll jump on a call. Either way, no agenda. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what "better" looks like.
3. You decide.
If it makes sense, I'll put together a plan. If it doesn't, you got a good cup of coffee and some free advice. No hard feelings either way.

Orange County is home base. If you're local, let's meet in person. I believe the best working relationships start face to face. If you're somewhere else, that's fine too. Good systems don't require geography.
