Consistent posting. Zero willpower required.

The Impact

"'I'll get to it eventually' → daily Slack message."

Posting consistently on LinkedIn is one of those things every founder 'should' do but never has time for. We built a system that scrapes relevant content every morning, scores it for relevance, delivers the top picks to Slack at 6am, and generates voice-matched draft posts on demand. One tap to publish.

The Problem

The gap between “I should post” and actually posting.

The story is always the same:

  • You know LinkedIn matters for your business
  • You have opinions and expertise worth sharing
  • You open the app, stare at a blank text box, and close it
  • You tell yourself you’ll write something this weekend
  • The weekend comes and goes

It’s not a content problem. It’s a friction problem. Finding something to riff on takes time. Writing something that sounds like you takes time. And when you’re running a business, “content creation” is always the first thing that gets pushed to tomorrow.

What We Built

A content engine that meets you where you are. In Slack.

Multi-Source Scraping

RSS feeds, YouTube channels, industry newsletters. All scraped daily through a configurable source registry. Add a new source in 30 seconds. Remove one that’s gotten stale.

AI-Powered Relevance Scoring

Every piece of content gets scored for relevance, freshness, topic diversity, and cross-day novelty. The system learns what resonates and guards against repeating the same themes.

6am Riff Sheet

Every morning, a Slack message drops with the top 5 scored items. Each comes with a hook for how to riff on it. Your morning coffee comes with inspiration baked in.

One-Tap Ghostwriter

Reply with a number (1 through 5) to select a piece. The system generates A/B draft options in your voice, using an LLM cascade that matches your writing style. Don’t like either? Reply “different angle” and get two more.

Reliability Monitor

Hourly health checks on every pipeline component. Issue-only Slack alerts. You only hear from the system when something needs attention.

The Result

From “I’ll get to it” to a daily habit. Without the discipline.

  • Daily content delivered to Slack at 6am, every morning
  • Voice-matched drafts that actually sound like the founder
  • 16-table Supabase backend tracking source performance, draft history, and engagement patterns
  • Zero time spent hunting for content or staring at a blank page

The system removed every friction point between “I have something to say” and “it’s posted.” LinkedIn went from a guilt trip to a daily 2-minute interaction. The frog did the heavy lifting. 🐸
