An independent music artist was producing content by hand. Editing videos in CapCut, boosting social posts through an agency with no tracking, and leaving money on the table with every release. We built a system that turns a song file into platform-ready videos, captures revenue from day one, and runs a closed-loop marketing engine.

The Problem

Everything was manual. Everything.

Here’s what a new song release looked like before:

  • Record the track
  • Manually edit a CapCut video (hours of work per video)
  • Post to social media and hope for the best

A 7-phase AI content pipeline + full marketing platform.

Phase 1 through 3: Audio Intelligence

Audio analysis with Whisper and Librosa. Automatic shot list generation from lyrics and musical structure. Audio segmentation into beat-aligned clips.

Phase 4 and 5: Visual Generation

AI storyboard creation via fal.ai. Video generation with OmniHuman and lip-sync polish. Configurable model registry with 20+ AI video and image models. Swap any model via config, no code changes.

Phase 6 and 7: Assembly + Distribution

Beat-synced video assembly with lyric overlays. Platform-ready TikTok, Reels, and YouTube formats, auto-exported and ready to post.

Marketing Platform

Astro landing page on Vercel with Stripe payments, email capture via Resend, Meta Pixel + CAPI for ad tracking, TikTok Events API. Full conversion infrastructure from day one.

Closed-Loop Ad Engine

Competitive intelligence scraping into campaign strategy into storyboard into creative production into deployment into performance analytics into optimization loop. The whole cycle, automated.

Data Architecture

Full Supabase backend: campaigns, analytics, CRM, monetization, observability. Everything tracked. Nothing guessed.
